Two Adani Vidya Mandir Schools Receive Recognition
Education Today, one of leading Indian magazine, has awarded Adani Vidya Mandir, Ahmedabad (AVMA) a Special Jury Award for "Outstanding Contribution in the field of Education. AVMA has been providing cost-free education to meritorious students from the underserved sections of Ahmedabad since its establishment in 2008. It is a CBSE affiliated, co-educational, English Medium school for students between class 3 and 12. A picturesque campus, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, stimulates intellectual alertness, and stirs the imagination. In the year 2020, AVMA became the first cost-free school in the country to get accredited by National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) under Quality Council of India (QCI).
Recently, Adani Vidya Mandir, Bhadreshwar (AVMB) became the first state board Gujarati medium school in Gujarat to be accredited by NABET under QCI. AVMB supports the education of meritorious children from Bhadreshwar and surrounding villages in Mundra, Gujarat. Many of them belong to fisherfolk communities and are first generation learners. The school grooms them to do well in academics as well as co-curricular activities, helping them to realize their true aspirations.
