Creating an inclusive and sustainable future for divyang persons

Commemorating the International Day of Persons with Disability on December 3, 2024, the Adani Foundation, through its Swavlamban initiative, expanded its collaboration with the Government of Gujarat to empower more than 7,055 Divyang persons of the state. So far, Swavlamban has empowered over 2,000 Divyang persons in Kutch region of Gujarat. The expansion of the collaboration will benefit the divyang persons with skill training, educational support, job placements, entrepreneurship opportunities, essential equipment, and necessary aid. The Foundation will be distributing more than 1,152 technical kits to divyang students of all Industrial Training Institutes in the state. On the occasion, the Foundation also released ‘Swavlamban’ – a compendium showcasing its journey of empowering divyang persons across Kutch.
